"Recently my family moved to the Dimond. We have been enthralled with the neighborhood, from its parks to its amazing small businesses to its convenience. My wife and I wanted to move from our semi-suburban in-city home in Seattle to a place where we could "walk to coffee." We had no idea that we'd also be able to walk to a great shake (thanks, Giant Burger), cool refabbed home decor (hey Fernseed), a queer-owned pet store, and organic milk right downstairs. We love our apartment on top of Charlie Tepper's hotel. The history and tarnished splendor of the place are more than we could have asked for in a home."
